1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ug008 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ug008 applies a minimum age threshold of 21 years in line with the standards applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any Player who is found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings voided, and any remaining real-money balance returned subject to verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions do so at their own risk. ug008 reserves the right to close any Account found to be operated from a Restricted Jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You confirm that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
• Mental Competency: You confirm that you are not suffering from any mental disorder or dependency that impairs your ability to make informed decisions regarding gambling activity. If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your mental health, please visit our Responsible Gaming page immediately.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You confirm that you are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of ug008, any Game Provider, or any affiliate, subsidiary, or partner of ug008. Immediate family members of such persons are also prohibited from holding a Player Account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the full features of the ug008 platform — including placing wagers and making withdrawals — you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during sign-up. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the ug008 platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or in combination — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ug008 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended, Bonus Credits will be void, and the matter may be referred to our fraud prevention team for further action.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — strongly recommended.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out from your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify ug008 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

ug008 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any wager placed using your Account credentials — whether by you or by a third party — will be treated as valid and binding.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, ug008 requires Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or passport), proof of address, and, where relevant, proof of the payment method used for deposits. ug008 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Verification documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in the formats accepted by our compliance team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ug008 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment methods:

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ug008 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. ug008 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, prepaid cards, or any payment instrument not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier and the payment method used. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. ug008 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ug008 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

ug008 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for all approved requests submitted to local bank accounts and Indonesian e-wallets. This target applies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• The Player has not completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal request triggers an automated risk or fraud review.
• The Player has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement.
• There is a scheduled maintenance window on the payment provider's system.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the Player's current Account tier limit.

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to system availability. ug008 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from, and withdrawals to, payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ug008 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Account dashboard. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Dormant Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ug008 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer and by the general provisions of this clause.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and contribution percentages will be clearly stated in the offer terms. As a general guide:

• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%.
• Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%.
• Certain game titles may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution entirely — these are listed in the offer terms.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• ug008 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn prior to the Player satisfying wagering requirements, any Bonus Credits remaining will be voided and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Credits will also be voided.
• Maximum winnings that may be converted from Bonus Credits to real-money Balance may be capped. The applicable cap will be stated in the offer terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the ug008 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and crash games — are operated by licensed Game Providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and live game systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and maintained by the respective Game Provider.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sportsbook wagers — including single bets, parlays, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are subject to the specific rules of the market, sport, and league on which they are placed. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting event, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League, FIFA for World Cup qualifying) will be used. ug008 reserves the right to void wagers placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest odds errors.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance if: (a) the event on which the wager was placed is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; (b) the wager was placed on an incorrect market due to a technical error; or (c) the bet is identified as having been placed using a known software exploit or data feed anomaly. In parlay bets where one or more legs are voided, the remaining legs will be recalculated at the revised odds.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction during a game session — including disconnection from the server during a live casino round or during a slot spin — ug008 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned. ug008's decision in all malfunction cases is final. No compensation is payable for losses arising from a Player's own internet connection failure, device failure, or power outage.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ug008 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or bonus payouts.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown system error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited on the Platform.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in Player Account credentials.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing communication directed at ug008 staff or other players via any channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code, server infrastructure, or proprietary data.

ug008 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, void all associated wagers and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the ug008 platform — including but not limited to the ug008 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and audiovisual elements — are owned by or licensed to ug008. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property right to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ug008 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform; (b) create derivative works based on any Platform content; (c) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or (d) frame or link to the Platform in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent.

Game content hosted on the Platform is owned by or licensed from the respective Game Providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

ug008 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events. ug008 will not be liable for any loss — including lost winnings, missed wagers, or consequential financial loss — arising from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Exclusion of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ug008's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Consequential Loss Exclusion

In no event shall ug008 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.5 Third-Party Services

ug008 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Game Providers, payment processors, telecommunications providers, or any other third party whose services are integrated into the Platform. Any dispute regarding a game outcome should be addressed in the first instance to ug008 customer support, who will liaise with the relevant Game Provider on your behalf.

10 Privacy & Data

ug008 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing principles applied by ug008 include:

• Minimal collection: We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process your transactions, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
• Purpose limitation: Your personal data is used only for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Security: All personal data is stored on encrypted servers. Data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised ug008 personnel and, where legally required, to regulatory authorities.
• Retention: Personal data is retained for as long as your Account is active and for such period thereafter as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and record-keeping regulations.

11 Responsible Gaming

ug008 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of their current gaming session and their net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the selected period.
• Account Closure: Any Player may request permanent Account closure at any time. A real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ug008

ug008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ug008 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Account belongs to a Player who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require ug008 to restrict access to the Account.
• The security or integrity of the Platform requires immediate protective action.

12.2 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of this Agreement, ug008 reserves the right to void all wagers placed from and winnings generated by that Account from the date the breach commenced. Any real-money Balance that can be demonstrated to represent clean, uncontested deposits (i.e., not generated from bonus abuse, fraudulent play, or third-party funds) will be returned to the Player subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any real-money Balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 3 business days of the closure request being confirmed, provided all KYC requirements are met.

13 Amendments

ug008 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ug008 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ug008 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account.

The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent " Last Reviewed" date shown in the page header is the version currently in force. Prior versions are available on request by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction under which ug008 holds its international gaming licence.

ug008 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. While the Platform is designed and optimised for players based in Indonesia, ug008 does not represent that the Platform or any of its content is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and ug008 may be escalated to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution. ug008 will notify Players of the applicable arbitration forum in its response to any formal dispute notice submitted by the Player. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and any award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits ug008's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or Platform integrity.
